  • Get into an all fours position.

  • Inhale as you send your hips back into child’s pose. Feel your pelvic floor relax and lengthen and let your abdominals relax.

  • Exhale as you gently draw your core in, then move back up to table top position.

Modifications:

  • Decrease range of motion as needed.
