SEATED DIAPHRAGMATIC BREATHING

Sitting on the physio ball or chair, stack your ribcage over your pelvis.
Inhale and allow your ribcage to open 360 degrees like an umbrella opening.
You should feel your abdominals gently expanding and pelvic floor lengthening as well.
Exhale and allow those tissues to recoil back to the starting position.
Make this breath easy - try not to push or force breath but “guide” it into your ribcage vs neck.
Pay attention to letting the pelvic floor lengthening and gently expand on the inhale.
