DIAPHRAGMATIC BREATHING ON BACK
Sets: 1
Reps: 20
Lie on your back with your knees bent.
Inhale through the nose and allow the ribcage to open and expand. You’ll feel a little movement in your chest, lateral ribs and abdomen.
Relax and lengthen the pelvic floor picturing “flowers blooming”.
Exhale and let the chest, ribs and abdomen recoil back to their starting position.
Focus on connecting to your breath and promoting expansion and relaxation here. Don’t worry about lifting or contracting.
