C-Section Connection:

A step-by-step rehab program designed to decrease pain, improve mobility, and optimize core strength after your c-section.

The recovery after a cesarean is tough…

…on top of being provided minimal information on what rehabilitation should look like after a major abdominal surgery.

Contrary to what many women are told, c-sections need rehab! With cesarean births being one of the most common surgeries performed in the US (1 of 3 births), it is time we felt confident in the rehabilitation process afterwards.

Current standard of care usually includes a quick mention of  lifting precautions and rest, until you are cleared for everything at the 6-week mark. Woah…everything?

Rest assured - I’m not winging it over here.

I am an orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapist who specializes in perinatal rehabilitation. I am also a new mother, post-cesarean. I know the emotional, mental and physical struggles that this experience is loaded with. What you’re getting is backed by research, clinical experience, and real life.

Don’t just take it from me…

“I am so thankful for Annie’s guidance during my postpartum journey. After two c-sections my abs felt like they were gone for good! Annie has not only taught me how to regain my physical strength but, as a mama herself, she has helped to regain my mental strength and believe in myself around my fitness goals. I am so appreciative of all she has done for me!”

— Ashley W.

“I started seeing Annie 6 weeks postpartum with my second baby (and second c-section). I WISH I knew her after my first baby. Annie gives you the best tools to start working on your postpartum recovery to help heal and start strengthening your core in the safest way for you. This program keeps you accountable and the videos provide an excellent refresher. I highly recommend Annie for all c-section needs.”

— Kasey C.

“C-Section Connection has been a physical and mental savior in my postpartum recovery. It has educational information that you don’t get from providers about what to expect. Just knowing some of this was so helpful mentally to prepare for postpartum and know what to expect from myself in recovery.

The best thing for me - the program helped me feel like I hadn’t lost myself and movement completely. Those first weeks post-surgery were tough physically and mentally. Annie and her program gave me a place to start that made me feel safe and capable.”
